is a director of Wild Aid, a group that provides immediate assistance and builds
for long-term protection for wild animals and their habitats. WildAid works closely
with local governments and non-governmental organizations to develop and implement
more effective wildlife programs. He has a background in international security
and investigations and a Masters Degree in National Security. He previously served
as Director of Global Survival Network, Analyst for the National Security Archive,
and Investigator for the Environmental Investigation Agency. He has led numerous
investigations into black market operations all over the world, including the
illegal trade in endangered species in North America, Africa, Asia, South America,
and Russia. He has also designed wildlife protection programs in Russia and Asia,
including the renowned "Operation Amba" which has helped to bring the
Siberian tiger back from a near slide to extinction.
